Stockport Homes (SHL) would like to procure a contract for the provision of tree maintenance services, such work being an essential component in the delivery of the Estate and Neighbourhood Management and Tree Policies and will enable SHL to undertake remedial works on tree’s that are hazardous or potentially dangerous to members of the public. Services include (but not limited to): • Crown Reductions • Crown Lifting • Pollarding • Coppicing • Branch Removals • Dead wooding • Epicormic/Basal Growth Removal • Felling • Self-Set Removal • Stump Level • Stump Grinding to Ground Level • Stump Treatment • Tree Replacement • Tree Guards / Stakes • Timber / Arisings Removal • Ivy Removal • Hedge Maintenance • Reactive Emergency Tree Works • Equipment Hire The contract being for an initial term of two (2) years with the option to extend for a further 12 months (at the sole discretion of SHL). Award criteria - Quality 40% / Price 60% All tenders must be submitted via Proactis prior to the tender deadline.
