Declutter and Deep Clean Service for Vulnerable People - Market Engagement

Milton Keynes City Council (‘the Council’) would like feedback from providers who may be interested in providing a Declutter & Deep Clean Service for Vulnerable Adults. The Declutter and Deep Clean Service is for vulnerable people aged over 18 years who have recourse to public funds, are resident within the Milton Keynes local authority boundary and have been assessed as eligible for support from the Council’s Adult Social Care service or are known to the Community Support Team or Neighbourhood Services Teams within Social Care. People referred to the Declutter & Deep Clean Service are likely to be clients whose accommodation has become neglected due to ill-health or personal reasons and people who have a recognised habit of hoarding to the detriment of their health and wellbeing. Many clients are expected to be resident in Council properties or other social housing, but some people may be living in other tenures including owner occupation. We are keen to hear from providers on the questions given in the market engagement document. The responses to the questions will help the Council in developing the specification and the tender. Please respond to the questions within the Market Engagement document provided on the Council's e-tendering portal In-tend by latest 5pm on 7th November 2025 via In-Tend Correspondence section/market engagement stage.
