This Planned procurement notice (not a call for competition, the tender documentation is not yet available) is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO is looking to establish a national framework for the supply and fitting of tyres for cars, LCVs, HGVs and plant and the supply of related ancillary services, including puncture repairs and wheel balancing. The framework is expected to be divided into 3 lots. Initial expressions of interest only may be completed as follows: (a) Go to https://www.eastmidstenders.org/; (b) Register (if not already registered on ProContract); (c) Search for opportunity '222_26' (via "View Opportunities" from the EastMidsTenders Portal); d) Express an interest.
Expressions of interest are invited at this stage for a national framework agreement allowing for the provision, replacement and repair of tyres for a comprehensive range of vehicles. Lot 1 is for the provision of premium, mid-range & budget tyres for cars and light commercial vehicles.

Lot 2 is for the provision of premium, mid-range and budget tyres for heavy goods vehicles and public service vehicles, and premium and budget tyres for plant.
