Walsall College is one of the leading Further Education institutions in the UK, serving over 950 staff across various departments. Currently, our ILP & MIS processes are managed using a mix of internally developed systems (ILP) and Unit-e & Celcat as our MIS & timetabling software. As part of our commitment to improving efficiency and effectiveness, we wish to implement a modern ILP & MIS solution that supports the following: • User friendly interface for ILP for students, parent, employers and staff • Automates key MIS processes. • Ensures compliance with UK legislation, including GDPR and employment laws. • Offers real-time reporting and analytics. • Provides a user-friendly interface for both students and employees. • Facilitates seamless integration with other institutional systems (e.g., finance, student management(MIS)).
