Supply of fireworks, managing H&S, team of crew to set up, fire and dismantle display. This contract is an exemption to the HBC Contract Procedure Rules and is a one-off procurement for an event to be held on 1st November 2025. Reaction Fireworks are a specialist firework company who have the knowledge, expertise in delivering, handling and firing of the fireworks. There is no one within the authority with this skill set.
