This Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is being issued to conform with the notice requirements set out as part of the Procurement Act 2023. This is NOT a notice to seek further market engagement, but one to inform the market of revised timescales. UK1 Pipeline notice 2025/S 000-025970 stated the estimated date of tender notice would be 1st September 2025. The revised estimated date of tender notice is will be on or around 5th January 2026. Further market engagement will not be undertaken as the Council published the following F01 Prior Information Notices under the PCR2015 via the Find a Tender Service, to seek engagement from the Market: 2022/S 000-014962 2024/S 000-028229 A detailed description of the scope of Services required can be found in the above mentioned notices.
