The Council will evaluate tenders by considering the following principle factors: • Compliance with tender documents • Tender submission including rates and prices. • Referees and previous experience The Council does not bind itself to accept any tender, but every effort will be made to decide on the award of the contract by 1st December 2025.
Tenders are invited for grass cutting the areas as indicated below from 1st April 2026 until 31st March 2029, or a little earlier or later depending on weather and growing conditions. All cut grass and other arising to be removed and disposed of from the sites at each visit. On all sites all edges to be strimmed.
