Improving psychological safety across teams. Know how to measure psychological safety (why, how and the dangers to be aware of). Know how to build it into teams and what to do as a manager. We want people to feel more knowledgeable, confident and empowered to not only create psychologically safe spaces for the groups they work in, but also evangelise and educate others about the topic - so they can also act as champions in the organisation. Building a strategic digital approach for the future - developing a strategic approach to designing and delivering our products and services which places user experience at its heart. All of this will allow us to develop a more coherent vision of digital delivery, further reduce our reliance on legacy technology, and maximise opportunities for reuse of technologies and other capabilities.
