Larkfield Leisure Centre - Wet Change Refurbishment

Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) ('The Council') is looking to appoint a main contractor to carry out works to the wet change area at Larkfield Leisure Centre. TMBC owns Larkfield Leisure Centre (LLC) in New Hythe Lane, Aylesford and the site is operated by Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust ('The Trust'). LLC has both wet and dry sections within the building complex. There are a range of sports and leisure facilities as well as parking directly outside the centre. The building consists of a set of swimming pools - a leisure pool, a teaching pool, a toddler pool and a competition pool. The facilities accommodate an exercise studio & classes, function rooms, martial arts, multi-purpose sports hall, teaching pool, wellness gym, birthday parties, and children's holiday activities. The proposed refurbishment is in relation to the wet change area which is located on the ground floor. The wet change area consists of changing cubicles, lockers, shower area and toilet facilities.
