The supplier will work with another expert to design a Deep Dive on Trade and Intellectual Property (IP) and deliver it across five sessions to a cohort of up to 30 adult learners from different government departments. Each session will be 3.5 hours in length, including 30mins of break(s). The course will be delivered online through MS Teams. The learners will typically have experience working on IP and an understanding of key trade concepts, institutions and architecture. The level of the course should be high: learners should be challenged and the course should not cover basic information or content included on the Trade Faculty's practitioner level eLearning course on IP. The Trade Faculty will provide the supplier with the content of the practitioner level eLearning course on IP. The supplier will work with another expert to develop course materials, including introductory videos, PowerPoint slides, handouts and case studies, considering adult learning principles. They must also produce comprehensive facilitator notes that would enable another subject matter expert (SME) to deliver the training if required. There is potential to deliver further iterations of the Deep Dive, subject to agreement by all parties
