The Government Office for Technology Transfer ("GOTT") are looking for a supplier to carry out up to a maximum of 5 Knowledge Asset ("KA") Reviews of public sector organisations (or distinct areas within a public sector organisation), as per the specification outlined below. The purpose of these Reviews is to identify and evaluate opportunities for KA commercialisation within each organisation, and produce a report for both GOTT and our client organisations that prioritises the commercialisation opportunities identified. We require a feedback session following each review, delivered to both GOTT and the client organisation. This session should present the report findings and share organisational insights gained during the review. We also require a training session to be delivered to each client organisation on how the inventory of opportunities could be maintained and how new opportunities could be assessed and prioritised. Proposals for systems or methods, should ideally within the organisations current capabilities, without reliance on proprietary platforms, systems or software).
