Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a renewed Grounds Maintenance contract for all their developments across Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and works will include(but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance and litter picking and debris clearance. The final contract will have all the above noted works in the tender documents; however, Hanover reserve the right to limit the scope pending tender value returns. Considering the value of the Lots and the intended timescales for delivery of these projects, bidders may apply for all lots, but bidders will be Limited to a maximum of 3 lots per region(unless tenderers can provide sufficient evidence they have the resources to manage more). Additional information: The service will operate within a framework of continuous improvement with which the service provider will be required to engage; bringing innovation, sharing ideas, and implementing improvement measures to increase operational effectiveness/efficiency and drive out waste.
