The contract covers the Routine Maintenance Works, Urgent Repairs, Emergency Call Outs and Annual Inspection and Examinations of Door Entry systems on sites owned or occupied by Maryhill Housing. The work is to include for the repairing or replacing of any item, including equipment found to be faulty when undertaking annual servicing or maintenance.
