The purpose of this contract is for the supply and distribution of fresh fish and seafood to members and clients of TUCO (Universities, Colleges and the wider Public Sector).The scope of products to be covered in the framework are as follows but not limited to: o Fresh Fish (Salmon, Trout, Round, flat etc.) - supplied whole, filleted, to specification etc. o Shellfish (crab, mussels, oysters, scallops) o Cephalopods (squid, cuttlefish) o A small selection of frozen fish to include MSC and ASC approved products o Smoked and processed fish/fish products o Selection of chilled deli products (to include complimentary sauces, herbs and other relevant ingredients) and it is envisaged that suppliers will be able to cover the full scope of products for each geographical lot. The new framework agreement will commence on 14 August 2025 until 13 August 2027 with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months until 13 August 2029.
