Description

Leicester City Council (‘the Council”) would like to seek views and engagement from the market in relation to this provision. This project is for the refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms within the Authority's housing stock. This is a supply and fit contract. The contractor shall use materials as listed within our tender documentation. The Supplier will work alongside the Council’s internal contractor in delivering this project. The proposed contract will be for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for up to two years. Lotting Structure: The requirements have been split into the following Lots: • Lot A – Management areas of Beaumont Leys, Central, and New Parks. • Lot B – Management areas of Braunstone, Humberstone, and Saffron.
