The commissioned service will deliver a comprehensive, cross-regional victim support programme across Norfolk and Suffolk: an integrated victim support model, encompassing assessment, intervention, and referral pathways. The contract does not include provision for standard-risk Domestic Abuse support, which will be commissioned separately.
