The works comprise the site redevelopment of The Boulevard Allotments including the following works • Site establishment and enabling works • Ground and civil works • Hard and soft landscaping works • Proposed drainage works • Electrical works • Site fittings Tenders are to be returned in accordance with Section 1.8 on or before 28th August 2025 12:0pm via email at tender@suttoncoldfieldtowncouncil.gov.uk addressed to the offices of Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council cleared marked for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer. Temporary electric and water are not available and the Contractor will have to make their own arrangements for providing these for the Works. The works have been determined by a boundary line on the proposed plan. The works are to be carried out in a single phase and the working area will be entirely the responsibility of the Contractor. The works are within a populated public open space and must ensure that the works are securely segregated at all times. The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the works remain safe and secure during the whole of the contract period. Areas where no works are to be carried out will remain outside the Contractors remit (unless for access). The Contractor is to prevent any impediment to the local residents or businesses. Do not block or hinder service roads or emergency routes outside of the works boundary. It is the intention to carry out the works awarded under JCT Minor Works Form of Building Contract without Quantities in a single phase with no sectional completion or partial possession. The Contractor Designed Portion is as stated with the contract particulars. The Works are to take no longer than 4 weeks.
