Due to several leaks in underfloor heating pipework and age and condition of said pipework, M&E design consultants in conjunction with Place Services officers produced a specification to redirect the pipework above ground. An advert was placed on The Chest on the 2 June 2025 inviting bids for the Works. The closing date for submissions was 12 noon 23 June 2025. The seal was removed by STAR releasing the bids and 3 submissions were received.
