Framework Agreement for Provision of Security Services The London Borough of Hackney is inviting suitably qualified companies to submit Tenders for a Framework Agreement for the provision of Security Services. This notice follows a Soft Market Engagement exercise conducted in January 2025. Scope of Services The Framework Agreement will cover the requirements for: • Concierge services • Vacant premises security • Estates security • Events security • Similar ad hoc provision Lots in the Framework Agreement This Framework Agreement will comprise two (2) Lots: • Lot B: Vacant Premises & Estates Security • Lot C: Concierge Services Please note that Lot A (Security Guarding, Key Holding & Alarm Response) will be procured via a separate Tender exercise. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) encompasses Lot B and Lot C only. Term of Agreement The Framework Agreement will be with a single supplier, who shall provide services for both lots, for a period of four (4) years and is expected to commence in August 2025. The estimated value of the contract is £3.82m per year. Interested parties are encouraged to review the Tender documentation and submit their bids by the specified deadline.
