E.G 1+1+1+year or 1+2+1 year UPDATE - VARIATION - 10.04.2024 The value of the contract has been uplifted under Regulation 72 1 (c). The increase was unforeseeable at the outset of the contract due, in part, to economic conditions and an uncertainty in public spending meaning further work has had to be commissioned to mitigate further delays and accelerate delivery as forecasted. Technical assistance has now needed for a longer period than the original policy had anticipated.
