The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Electrical Underfloor & Ceiling Heating and Electric Hot Water Systems within 29 Sheltered Housing Dwellings and Communal areas at 1-29 Sibley Court Sheltered Housing Scheme. Full Address : Sibley Court, 54a New Road, Hillingdon, UB8 3DY The works will broadly comprise of the replacement of existing Ceiling and Under Floor Heating with wall mounted electric radiators and the replacement of Existing Hot Water Cylinders. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Electrical Heating & Hot Water Systems. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block. The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule. Site Surveys will be carried out on 19/02/25 between 10am-12pm, all contractors are to confirm attendance prior to attending by emailing [email protected], all other communication must be made through Tender portal.
