This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The Supplier will be contracted to provide Social prescribing to children and young people aged 11-25 yrs to help improve health and wellbeing. The supplier will provide experienced link workers who will support each young person to create a personalised plan and set goals based on what is important to them. :<br/>EG To access support services<br/>To access hobbies, activities and voluntary opportunities<br/>To learn techniques to support their wellbeing whilst waiting for specialist support<br/>They offer 1-1 and group health and wellbeing sessions<br/> where in-person social prescribing assessments are offered. This contract will be for one year with the option of extending by a further year
