| Method Rationale: | Award of a number of De Minimis transport subsidy contracts to support existing transport infrastructure in Leicestershire. Awarded to transport providers who are already delivering services registered with the Transport Commissioner. Each service is registered to a single supplier therefore there is no open competition available.
