The Contractor will be responsible for: • Pre-construction phase: Site suitability assessment, mast purchase (including instrumentation and equipment) and preparation for installation • Construction phase: Installation, testing and commissioning • Operational phase: Security and maintenance (for a period of 5 years) • De-construction phase: Complete removal of all aspects of the met mast and reinstatement of the site • Storage phase: Safe storage of the met mast and monitoring equipment (per annum cost)

The Contractor will be responsible for: • Pre-deployment phase: Site suitability assessment, preparation for deployment • Deployment phase: Deployment, testing and commissioning • Operational phase: Maintenance and security (for a period up to 12 months) • Post-operational phase: Removal of LiDAR device • Storage phase: Safe storage of the two purchased LiDAR devices when not deployed (time for this is expected to be minimal with redeployment arranged prior to decommissioning)
