National Audit Office (NAO) used the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) - Reference: RM6126 to award a contract to I.F.F Research Ltd. The services include provision of two stakeholder feedback programmes: a Strategic Feedback Programme to gather insights from senior stakeholders via surveys and interviews, and a Financial Audit Feedback Programme targeting finance officials post-audit. Both include regular reporting, analysis and a dashboard visualisation of results. The contract will run for a initial 3 year period from 02.06.25 to 01.06.28 with the option to extend the contract for two years in one year periods. Final expiry of the contract is 01.06.30.
