Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Limited is seeking a suitability qualified contractor to deliver the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 contract across the geographical area of Bolsover District Council's housing stock. Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Ltd on behalf of Bolsover District Council are looking for a "Turn Key" contractor to undertake the Warm Front Social Housing scheme. The object of the contract to aim to upgrade 91 properties from a EPC rating of D/E to achieve a EPC of C or better. The retrofit work will primarily be carried out on Bolsover District Council owned housing stock however we may be occasions that this contract is extended to private properties and small-scale commercial sites if a need arises. It is anticipated that the majority of works under this contract will be Solar Photovoltaic Panels with Batteries, Air Source heat pumps and loft insulation however is not limited to This scheme is jointly funded by central government and by Bolsover District Council. The estimated total spend will be circa £2.7 million over a maximum term of 60 months period. The contract term will be initially 12 month period with the option to extend to a maximum term of 5 years in 12 months extension periods.
