There are 5 questions as part of the award stage evaluation. Question 1 is a PASS/FAIL. The remainder of the questions have an 800 word limit, these will be evaluated alongside an appropriate scoring methodology. Following evaluation of the quality responses, the Tenderer's Total Price will be divided by the Tenderer's total quality score to give a Price per Quality Point. The Tenderer with the lowest Price per Quality Point will be the winning Tenderer. The Price per Quality Point score will be rounded to the nearest 2 decimal places.
Arun District Council (ADC) require work to be complete that replaces roofing on 3 flats in the local area. Alongside upgrading the insulation on all 3 roofs. This will also require reverting the downpipes to the outside of the property instead of being internal downpipes and replacing the high level cladding with the roof.
