Description

It is Newcastle City Council's intention to put into place a new contract for the Servicing and Repairs & Maintenance of Air Conditioning Units and Air Source Heat Pumps. The contract period is for 24 months with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. This procurement includes all of the items detailed in the pricing schedule. Similar items may be added as required by the Council under the terms and conditions of this contract. We are looking for opportunities to deliver value for money and good quality, challenging traditional service delivery and finding ways to do things more cost effectively; we anticipate that tenderers will respond with this context in mind.
