The purpose of undertaking a competition exercise is to ensure the Combined Authority procures the organisation with the most relevant experience and knowledge within the field of DfT business cases. The Combined Authority through this contract needs: A process developed for Project Business case review and assurance of value for money (to include stage gate reviews, meetings and output review documents).
