Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework for the supply and distribution of low and zero carbon technologies in relation to the completion of low and zero carbon technology installations within social housing properties and properties across the wider public sector. This framework will operate in conjunction with the Procure Plus Framework for the Installation of Low and Zero Carbon Technologies to provide Procure Plus customers with a cost effective and efficient model within which to procure the works and goods they require to complete low and zero carbon technology installations. Procure Plus reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework. Procure Plus will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their tender submissions or in participating in this procurement process.
This lot is specifically for distributors of renewable technologies. The distributors appointed to this lot will be required to fulfil two requirements. The first requirement of the appointed distributors will be to act as the distributor for renewable technologies products that are available within lots 2-9. The second requirement of the distributors appointed to this lot is to supply other materials in the renewable technologies category that are not already supplied via a lot on the framework. Procure Plus intends to appoint 5 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework, beyond the 5 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 5th bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. Bidders are advised that this is an option and not an obligation on the part of Procure Plus and one that may be exercised on a lot-by-lot basis. Procure Plus reserves the right not to exercise this option and to only appoint 5 companies to this lot at the conclusion of the evaluation. Potential modifications for call off contracts Under this Lot of the framework, there are three areas where there may be modifications made to contracts awarded. These are; 1. Price modifications - may occur due to market fluctuations or product changes/obsolescence. 2. Product modifications - may occur due to product obsolescence, upgrades or stock shortages. 3. Modification to the contract term - the ability to extend the term may be provided for.

This lot is for the supply of air source heat pumps - up to and including 15kW. Distributors and merchants are not permitted to tender for this lot. This lot is reserved for companies who specialise in the manufacture and supply of the goods covered by the lot. The companies appointed to the lot will predominantly be required to supply via the distributor(s) appointed to lot 1. Procure Plus intends to appoint 10 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework, beyond the 10 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 10th bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. Bidders are advised that this is an option and not an obligation on the part of Procure Plus and one that may be exercised on a lot-by-lot basis.
