All award questions are a pass/fail basis will require suppliers to confirm they can manufacture the skips to our specification by providing a drawing, confirming they can deliver in 14 weeks from order date, confirm they will not sub contract out the manufacture of the skips and price will be 100%
The contract will cover purchases of hook lift skips 40 cu yd or 20 cu yd skips through the life of the contract the initial purchase will be for around 8 40 cu yd skips. However, the Council reserves the right to order a smaller quantity dependent upon the price - due to the maximum budget available for this purchase.
