This is a Preliminary Market Engagement in May/June 2025 for an Ofcom requirement for the provision of recruitment process outsourcing services for up to 5 years fom February 2026. Ofcom is undertaking some pre-procurement market engagement to inform a procurement exercise that is planned to commence in July 2025 for the re-procurement of Ofcom’s recruitment process outsourcing requirements. The subsequent contract will commence in February 2026 and will run for up to 5 years. Organisations are invited to provide responses on questions which will enable Ofcom to gather general feedback to inform and help us finalise our procurement approach and documentation. Interested suppliers should access the opportunity viathe PQQ/Selection Questionnaire page, complete the preliminary market questionnaire and submit it to Ofcom via the messaging facility on the project on Ofcom’s Bravo solutions procurement portal at https://ofcom.bravosolution.co.uk
