Description
Melton Borough Council wishes to inform the market of an upcoming open tender opportunity for a repair and maintenance contract to service the Council's housing stock. The Council is a stock holding authority of approximately 1800 homes in Leicestershire. The contract would include works relating to any repairs for a property, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, general remedial works and voids. This contract is most likely going to be lotted according to the type of works. The following workstreams are being considered, however this is subject to change: Responsive Repairs Minor A&As Damp and Mould / HHSRS Voids Kitchens Bathrooms It is anticipated that the tender opportunity will be released in July 2025 for a contract start date of April 2026. This tender will be published to the open market; however, tenderers are welcome to submit an expression of interest in this opportunity through the ProContract e-procurement portal under DN77658.
