EOI "Rail for London Infrastructure (RFLI) is a Transport for London (TfL) subsidiary, set up to provide engineering maintenance services to the Elizabeth Line. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the Elizabeth Line Pressure Regulated Valves (PRVs) would be used to provide the servicing of the parts under the new contractual agreement. There is a total of 1438 PRVs across the network - two per fire hydrant. To avoid the component drifting out of operating tolerances, manufacturer's stipulation is for regular servicing. The Service Provider will be expected to have facilities and resources capable of servicing and returning 40 Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) units a week. No document (Specification) has been attached at this point but would be provided on request once an interest has been received in my email @[email protected] The specification would describe the scope of works required to Inspect, Disassemble, Clean the components, reassemble, test and commissioning of the valves. Co-ordination and labour required to undertake and complete the services of the valves once received. Please note at this stage, this notice serves as an expression of interest to confirm your interest via email and supporting documents would be provided should you accept to participate. If your company is interested in participating in this project, kindly respond by COP 17:0 Friday 13 June 2025. Following the deadline all the interest received would be collated and the specification document would be sent to all interested suppliers. The procurement process for this contract will be conducted through a competitive flexible procedure. This will be structured in three distinct stages to ensure a transparent selection process. The initial supplier selection stage will serve to shortlist tenderer's who demonstrably meet the minimum technical, insurance, and financial requirements. At this stage, a thorough assessment will be conducted, including a review and check of exclusion grounds on the Central Digital Platform.
