South Thames College Group require a Utility Broker to provide services from 1st February 2026 - 31st January 2028. The appointed Utility Broker will be required to source and implement a Utility Services contract for the Group to begin from 1st October 2026. This will be for a 3 year duration until 30th September 2029. The Utility Broker will be required to arrange for the Utility Services provider to enter into a contract with the Group and will be responsible for providing these terms and conditions through to ensuring the contract is signed. Further information on the Group's requirements can be found in the ITT and supporting documentation.

The appointed Supplier will provide a Carbon Accountancy platform and act as a consultant advising the College Group on but not limited to energy audits and assessments, energy efficiency initiatives, monitoring and reporting, training and engagement etc. The supplier is required to be in place from 1st February 2026 - 31st January 2028. .
