DBT have a requirement to design and deliver ‘Regulation 101’ and a follow-on ‘Intro to Business Regulation’ modular programme to be piloted from w/c 30th June, with the key objectives to enable DBT colleagues: • To develop a clear understanding of key legal and regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for businesses. • To develop a clear understanding of regulatory bodies and their roles. • To understand the impact of regulation on business activities (encompassing impacts for small, medium and large enterprises and utilising case studies to bring this to life). • To be able to identify opportunities to support business growth and innovation. To consider future trends in regulation.
