North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a care system support organisation working for and on behalf of NHS England North West (the Relevant Authority), who are undertaking a competition to commission Community COVID-19 Vaccination Service - Outreach Service for North West - NECS575 This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. There is a total of 3 Lots associated with this procurement as follows: • Lot 1 - Cheshire and Merseyside • Lot 2 - Greater Manchester • Lot 3 - Lancashire and South Cumbria The contract term is for an initial period of 6 months commencing on 01 October 2025, with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance. The closing date for submission of competition response is by 12 noon 03 June 2025
