* This notice is a PIPELINE NOTICE and therefore is NOT currently a call for competition. For the avoidance of doubt, the Pipeline Notice is intended to provide the most accurate forecast currently available for the council's high value procurement activity, but does not commit the council to procuring any contract and may be amended after publication. No further information other than that captured in this notice can be provided at this time. * The council intends to commission a range of accommodation-based support services for 236 young people aged 16-25. The services across seven contracts will include assessment, mixed support, high & low support, young parent support and complex needs mental health support part funded by a section 75 agreement with the Integrated Commissioning Board. The pathway will work primarily with care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and those who are homeless. The key objective of the services is to provide young people with the skills to live independently.
