Description

DVSA requires an estimated 31 licences to access online legislation information. DVSA reserves the right to increase/decrease this figure as required. The key requirements for the online provision are for: -web-based access to a repository of all UK and EU-wide legislation, both primary and secondary, as made by the Westminster and European parliaments, both historical and as currently in force -web-based access to a repository of all legislation, both primary and secondary, as made by the Scottish Parliament and the National Assembly for Wales, both historical and as currently in force -both the legislation (act/statutory instrument (SI)) as made and the consolidated version so that we can check the extant legislative provision It is DVSA’s intention to award a new contract for the licenses to access suitable legislation information services for up to a 3-year period. We reserve the right to extend for an additional 12 months
