This service provides early intervention support for adults aged 18-25 who are experiencing mental health problems. Together a wellbeing plan is developed, and help is given to put this into action by sharing links with local organisations and opportunities along the way. This is a short term contract for six months from 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025 whilst the current procurement concludes.
