Following the successful of the Collaborative PPE framework which was awarded in June 2017. The National Fire Chiefs Council and Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority also known as Kent Fire and Rescue Service, have identified a requirement for a new framework to provide Fire Fighting PPE to the sector. This Framework will be open to all UK Fire and Rescue Services in addition to all those parties listed under Category 1 res ponders as defined in the Civil Contingency Act 2004. his will also include Kent Search and Rescue (Lowlands) or similar voluntary charitable organisations and will cover the geographical area of the UK, Channel Islands and other Crown dependencies to procure items either directly or via mini competition dependent on the lot structure
