Rother District Council (‘the Council’) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the design and supply of a new forestage elevator (often referred to as the ‘piano lift’) at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill, East Sussex. The De La Warr Pavilion is a Grade I listed arts and music venue, constructed in 1935. It is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme, a part of which is the supply and installation of a new forestage elevator.
