PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE - The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier for the provision of support services to deliver the Northern Ireland Road Safety Partnership (NIRSP) Safety Camera Scheme and the PSNI Fixed Penalty Processing Centre (FPPC). Before launching a procurement procedure, PSNI and Construction and Procurement Delivery (CPD) are conducting market consultations to raise awareness of a possible forthcoming procurement opportunity, and to engage with potential providers around the feasibility of this new funding model ahead of a possible release for a subsequent tender. PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING PORTAL on eTendersNI, BEFORE 15:0 on the date specified below under 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
