Livv Housing Group (the Group) are seeking the provision of a cloud hosted Learning Management System (LMS) with online learning content. It is anticipated that the LMS will have the ability to provide the following: • Accredited training (where relevant) • Relevant eLearning catalogue for social housing organisations • Event planning • Reminders & Notifications to colleagues and the line manager • Ability to store skills matrices • Succession & Development planning • Gamification - build on materials within the LMS • Inductions/Probations/Check in's • Integration with the current HR system (currently Access People XD) • Ability to transfer in current data to new system • Outlook integration • Training evaluation functionality • AI functionality • Ability to upload own content • Reporting to feed into Power BI • Accessibility option for sight, hearing, neuro diverse colleagues • Real time data The Group are looking to engage with relevant providers to help inform their decision making in terms of the scope of work and specification as well as potential procurement routes.
