Description

LiveWest are seeking to redevelop this site into 21 Nr. new build dwellings along with all associated infrastructure and external works. The site will comprise: • 7 nr. 2B4P 2-storey houses • 2 nr. 3B6P 3-storey houses with integral garage • 9 nr. 1B2P flats for persons with learning difficulties. • 2 nr. 1B2P accessible flats for persons with learning difficulties. • 1 nr. Communal space / office to allow 24 hr assistance. • 1 nr. 2B3P Bungalow for persons with Learning difficulties. You are required to either opt in or opt out. If opting out you must provide a reason as this will enable us to better understand your capacity and the timetable of the tender. We can feed this information back to the client. Failure to opt in or out or to provide a reason may result in removal from the DPS. If you no longer wish to participate in the DPS tenders please let us know and we can remove you from the DPS.
