GB-Solihull: EPC Assessments

Description

Platform Housing is looking for up to 3 Contractors to deliver 3,000+ EPC per annum. The intention is to award to 3 compliant Contractors based against our 3 geographical areas. The following objectives have been set for this tender process: - Continue to grow the total EPC compliance figure; - Continue to build the knowledge regarding the energy efficiency of our stock; - Provide updated EPCs where sustainability measures have been completed, helping to track the improvements resulting from various retrofit programmes; - Deliver the EPC requirements within the Void process, requirements for a valid EPC against each property which becomes Void, to comply with our legal responsibilities around letting our properties. This potential contract is for a minimum of 3 years with a potential extension year. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
