Description

Conflict management service which will be available to all eligible residents within the City of Southampton via an agreed referral procedure. The majority of the Service will comprise the assessment of referrals to resolve conflict or to determine whether they meet the requirements for mediation or for further housing action. The Service Provider will be able to provide a history of providing a successful mediation assessment for a housing organisation for a period of three years. The Service Provider will be able to demonstrate they have experience of delivering a range of mediation and restorative services for public authorities.
