Cash Collection Services Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Cash Collection Services The services will be tendered as one contract in two Parts: Part A - Car parking cash collection service and Counting service; and Part B - Council other buildings cash collection, banking and other services, Part C - general provisions - all clauses apply to the entire contract The contract will be awarded for a four year period, with an option to extend for 2 further periods of two years, total potential 8 year contract term subject to budget and satisfactory contract performance. Estimated contract spend is between £70,000 and £85,000 across the initial 4 year contract term and between £150,000 and £165,000 across the potential total 8 year contract term. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team [email protected] Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 11th March 2022, 15.00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
