Through this Framework, the ETF will be able to develop and enhance:- The support given to boards to meet requirements to report on training and development completed.- The skills, competencies, and impact of current and future Chairs, Governors and Governance Professionals in the FE sector.- More diverse individuals on boards with leaders that are more representative of the communities that colleges serve.
