Liverpool City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent providers to provide Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Services. This service will provide a dispute resolution service, mediation adviser and mediation service to enable the local authority to fulfil its statutory duties under the Children and Families Act (2014) regarding Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This will serve Children, their Parents and Young People up to the age of 25 when there is a requirement for disagreement resolution and mediation under SEND.
